Sitecore Manager Responsibilities:
Serve as the Sitecore product owner for the business and guide the continuous advancement of the platform.
Manage external web agency, which provides technical support, development and other support of the website; collaborate with IT on hosting, licensing and budget planning.
Manage, coach and mentor Website Specialist.
Provide technical SEO support implementing meta tags, content and source code updates.
Stay up-to-date on technical and digital marketing trends and best practices to guide project teams in achieving high-quality work.
Collaborate on website strategies for various practice areas (Portfolio marketing, Corporate marketing, Legal, and People & Culture), and execute on the plan to meet the objectives of marketing campaigns.
Manage, define and execute web strategy road-map for enhancements to user experience, site performance, and campaign optimization.
Optimize site and campaign performance with A/B testing of design, content, and web components - providing insight and guidance to support UX and Conversion Goals
Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations on key metrics, including clicks and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Sitecore and other integrated platforms' native reporting, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
Understand and collaborate on the Marketing Stack and identify and evaluate new technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related business field.
At least 2 years of recent experience working with Sitecore.
3+ years of content management and looking to drive web strategy
Experience working with extended marketing, development and design teams.
Ability to take the lead on guiding strategy and developing best practices for the corporate website.
Expert project management and strong communication skills.
Ability to manage, coach and mentor.
Ability to balance day-to-day tasks with a focus on the strategy and long-term view.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, Marketo is a plus.
Experience in web UX and visual design best practices highly desired.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and related tools
