Ensures that all processes are followed according to job routers, process specifications, engineering change orders (ECO’s), & standard work procedures in a safe operating manner. When in doubt, stops & asks cell coordinator, shift lead or manager for assistance.
Ensures that all required quality testing gets completed within product specification & documented appropriately with the actual test results reading.
Performs & records all transactions & Labor Reporting accurately.
Uses the inventory tracking tools appropriately & labels all products to the process specifications. Transacts inventory before physical process action. “Transacts before Acts.”
Brings inventory discrepancies forward to the cell coordinator, lead or manager & helps investigate & resolve.
Reports all non-conforming products to the cell coordinator, lead or manager. Accurately fills out the NCR form for all non-conforming materials & places it in the assigned non-conforming materials area.
Able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, heights, odors, noise and equipment.
Able to life 50 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day.
Occasionally sit, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times. Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups.
Occasionally write by hand and/or type on a keyboard for periods of times.
