A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising system logic difficulties. Primary Accountabilities
Consults with business unit management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
Analyzes business operations in order to develop new or modified information processing systems.
Consults and coordinates with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop automated business systems.
Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
Directs and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential computer skills include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type, utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, along with experience working financial systems and software.
Travel Required It is expected that this position may include travel up to 5% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs. Language Ability Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Mathematical Ability Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
