The Quality Assurance (QA) Cell Leader objective is to follow customer requirements, regulatory requirements and corporate policies to ensure the production of compliant products. The position objectives and responsibilities include
Â â€¢ Ensure team compliance for quality assurance and customer provisions and criteria
Â â€¢ Serve as an issue resolution focal point that works with engineering, customer service support, to drive continuous improvement in products and processes
Â â€¢ Facilitate the collection of data to identify adverse trends and improvement opportunities
Â â€¢ Provide leadership with the proper disposition of nonconforming material when participating in the Material Review Board (MRB) activities
. â€¢ Perform as an integrated team leader with engineering, customer service support, to investigate and correct various quality issues related to internal non-Conformances, product returns, supplier issues, customer complaints and corrective action requests with clear and concise reports to customers
. â€¢ Participate on cross functional team projects to improve the overall organization and to develop a career path and leadership, with coaching and assistance by the Quality Manager
Â â€¢ ACE team lead for cell â€¢ Establishes priorities for cell turnover
Â â€¢ Familiar with the following computer software: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and a general understanding of quality procedures
. â€¢ Be able to follow written/verbal procedures and instructions
. â€¢ Possess good organizational skills. Follow all EH&S rules and guidelines. Support ACE and continuous improvement
. â€¢ Possess good people and communication skills
. â€¢ Experience with CMM and quality validation using a variety of tools.
