Overview: Completes activities to service implementation, support and risk controls for Treasury Management Services (TMS) product set-ups including working closely with the team, business, operations, and technology partners as required.
Receive and complete TMS service set-up requests that are sent through the system by Commercial Implementation.
Complete incoming work order requests received for several TMS products to ensure Bank customers can successfully access requested services.
Complete daily and monthly review of system generated exception, validation, and billing reports to ensure proper service set-up and revenue generation.
Prepare, package and verify token devices used by Commercial customers to successfully access Bank systems.
Conduct quality control and audit report review of various setups.
Cross-train their department associates on various procedures as needed.
Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Scope of Responsibilities: Product set-ups completed by the position cover Treasury Management Services products such as Commercial statements, Remote Check Deposit and Commercial Single Sign-On.
Education and Experience Required: Associates degree,
OR in lieu of a degree,
A combined minimum of 2 years' higher education and/or general work experience
Education and Experience Preferred: Good personal computer skills
