As Brand Director of Centrum USA, you will manage the delivery of the innovative marketing tools throughout the organization.   This role will manage the conversion of brand assets and campaigns into inspiring briefing kits to increase clarity of strategy, adoption of global assets and impact of market sharing of best practices driving the accelerated brand growth.

Centrum is an iconic brand and the market leader in the dynamic Multi-Vitamin US Market.  It is facing continued challenges from existing and new-to-market brands that are relentlessly attacking Centrum’s market position.  The brand has experienced Household Penetration and share declines, but has worked diligently to turn the trend around and are noting early signs of success.

We are now seeking a highly talented marketing leader to accelerate the brand’s turnaround, leading a bright team of marketers and partnering with global, sales, and innovation leads to help further build out this iconic wellness brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Centrum US Brand Plans, inclusive of influencing long term strategy and leading the execution and activation of annual business plans. 

You will serve in a general management leadership capacity with full P&L accountability to deliver brand growth.  

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead the reinvigoration an American household staple brand and give you invaluable experiences to progress your career. 

The responsibilities of the Centrum Brand Director include some of the following:

  • Define and develop the Centrum US Omni-Channel strategy to deliver brand sales & share growth through industry leading activation plans grounded in deep consumer understanding / insights and brought to live with great creative & execution

  • Lead a team – both direct reports, and numerous cross-functional support partners to create & lead execution of brand plans | bring the brand strategies to life via excellent advertising, digital, advocacy, sales execution, sampling, and data analysis

  • Build a culture of consumer obsessed creative bravery, agility, and data / performance within the team as well as with key partners to help the brand breakthrough in new, engaging, and persuasive ways

  • Manage agency relationship and inspire them to bring forth best-in-industry work to enhance the brand’s market relevance

  • Work closely and build strong relationships with the sales organization to drive brand health and customer relationships

  • Embrace and expand the brand digital & e-commerce presence, working with top tier partners and actively working with performance marketing to optimize plans

  • Build a strong strategic partnership with the Global Centrum team and be a lead voice in the Centrum Global Brand Council as the Design Market lead for the US.  This individual will need to collaborate and influence, while understanding the global POV and being inspired by their peers from other markets

  • Influence a robust and relevant innovation pipeline

  • Be an influential manager who actively develops the skillset of their team and organization

  • Be an integral team member in helping drive Dietary Supplement & Lip Care growth
