Job Profile Summary

CAI is seeking an Immigration Technology Specialists to join our clients office in Pittsburgh, PA for a full-time position. Our client has a proven reputation for providing progressive, industry-leading legal, business, regulatory and government relations advice to our regional, national and international clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer case profess and milestones in the appropriate tracking software in a n accurate and timely manner
  • Analyze and record all client specific processes/procedures.
  • Assist with and conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine functional requirements for the implementation of their personalized INSZoom solution and data integration.
  • Configure and update INSZoom questionnaire and document checklist templates.
  • Develop and deliver high quality training classes to clients, partners, and employees.
  • Effectively communication with clients regarding procedural and case processing issues, identify client immigration solutions and understand current client activity.
  • Identify and document best practices and challenges with configuring technical solutions.
  • Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications.
  • Manage flow of information and documentation between clients and the Firm.
  • Monitor status of cases, track expiration dates, and run reports as needed.
  • Develop customized reports based on Immigration Practice Group or client needs.
  • Understand the technical intricacies of INSZoom software functionality and successfully apply that understanding on behalf of the Immigration Practice Group.
  • Update case management system at each step of the process in accordance with agreed upon practice protocols.
  • Update client information within INSZoom database.
  • Stay abreast of important developments in the law and issues spot with respect to future opportunities/issues.
  • Understand existing fee agreements/billing practices, identify instances where out of scope billing maybe warranted.


Experience/Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the area of IT process improvement or IT training with solid understanding of legal industry and/or immigration law.
  • Business immigration experience, preferred.
  • Experience with INSZoom or similar case management software, preferred.
