A large publicly traded company and on of San Diego's premier employers is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to work in a retail location where they will be responsible for assisting customers who have come to pay their bill in person using cash, credit, or check. This would be a part time position that would work standard business hours about 4 days per week.
Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representatives will work in one of the many retail locations in San Diego County and provide superior customer service to our customers who have come in to pay their bill in person. As most of the customers will be paying with cash- we are looking for individuals with strong cash handling experience. The Customer Service Rep will also be capable of researching the customer's account to answer any billing related question that the customer may have.
Performs a variety of duties related to the billing and maintenance of customer accounts.
Requires analytical ability in order to monitor and investigate customer accounts effectively.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
High School Diploma and previous customer service experience is required
Must have hands-on cash handling experience, preferably in a fast paced environment with excellent teller skills.
Excellent communication skills for face to face customer service
