As part of the Talent Acquisition function, the Recruiter will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic sourcing strategies to support high volume hiring across multiple regions within North America.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading and driving innovative sourcing programs for wide varieties of operational roles in the manufacturing and transportation fields. They will be passionate and relentless in their ability to identify, engage and onboard top talent for these key positions. The Recruiter will partner with our internal customers, business partners, and leaders performing strategic research and data-driven sourcing activities to support the seasonal hiring of hourly employees and drivers. They will play an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes which may impact our existing best practices and/or short and long term need for seasonal employees.
Build and drive innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, web-based advertising, mobile, etc.
Evaluate and adjust process to improve the experience for candidates within a high-volume hourly hiring environment.
Work with leadership to review, edit and create recruiting materials that advertise our positions in a positive manner and drive high applicant interest.
Identify new candidate channels and prioritize program needs based on business requirements and develop the business case for new initiatives.
Develop appropriate metrics and scorecards to track and monitor success.

Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline such as Marketing or Human Resources; or commensurate experience.
5+ years of dedicated sourcing/recruiting experience, focused on recruiting programs and/or recruiting technology.
3+ years of experience supporting high volume hourly hiring.
