Design innovative campus recruitment attraction strategies and selection of the top diverse talent from across numerous schools to join Equinix.
Work across all Equinix businesses, regions and partners driving effective recruiting efforts to ensure this channel is returning high quality talent at scale; Lead objective school selection. Build investment, relationship strategies and engagement process for each tier of schools. Identify, design and deploy the appropriate assessment and interviewing tools for the UR selection process; allowing for efficient selection at scale and a premiere candidate experience. Maximize digital channels with Talent Management and the business. Design the appropriate on-boarding and acclimation experience for cohorts of incoming talent. Collaborate with Equinix functions (e.g. Marketing) to develop and sustain our employer brand and bring it to life externally and internally through online and offline channel. Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all content for everything we do and share.

This is an inaugural role at Equinix and represents the growth of Equinix’s Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team. In this role you will not only be responsible for helping to realize the goals in equinix’s existing DIB strategy, but also infusing new ideas into future strategies. You will report directly to Equinix’s VP Talent Acquisition and will lead as their “right hand” on all D&I-related initiatives. We’re seeking candidates whose education, perspectives, and experience enable them to provide on-the-ground vision, leadership and counsel on matters of DI&B, collaborate across functions to create a welcoming and respectful environment that embraces diversity as a dimension of excellence, and promotes openness and inclusion as we build the new Equinix.
