Job Profile Summary


An experienced Project Manager who will oversee the infrastructure integration required as part of an Acquisition. All related infrastructure components such as the Network, IP Addresses, Servers, PCs, Mobile Devices, Printers, Phones, Application Access, and more must be absorbed into the acquiring company.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Need strong interpersonal communication skills to meet aggressive deadline
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Coordinate with diverse group of client teams an organizations within IT department and user community.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and IT


Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
