Job Description:

Our Guest Service Associates provide outstanding guest service while processing accurate and timely guest room reservations.  They draw from previous customer service experience and company provided training to exceed guest satisfaction.

About the Job



  • Accurately process guest room reservations and cancellations according to established policies and operating procedures.

  • Demonstrates the ability to sell the right rate, to the right guest, at the right time.

  • Demonstrates ability to operate computer software, including but not limited to roomMaster, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Demonstrates ability to understand and execute basic math skills and cash handling.

  • Professionally execute all functions of outstanding customer service.

  • Occasionally organize, tidy, sort, or lightly clean office areas, public areas, and guest rooms.

About You



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to follow and understand instructions.

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and lift up to 10 lbs. Exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally.

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience preferred.

Requirements



  • Valid Class D Driver’s License

  • 5 years driving experience required to drive hotel shuttle to airport (SLC, MDV, WVC hotels only)
