Daily Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for producing finished product per customer specifications from raw materials and will:

  • Operate in compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations; Monitor the process through manual and/or automated control panel adjustments;
  • Respond to signals and alarms according to established procedures;
  • Perform lab testing for in-process and finished products;
  • Control production from formation to packaging;
  • Document test results and observations;
  • Be responsible for loading and unloading of trucks;
  • Create Bills of Lading and Certificates of Analysis for shipments;
  • Communicate process information and issues with other production operators, maintenance & management;
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Experience with PLC processes, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Statistical Process Control (including Control Charts) is a plus. Fork Truck license preferred.



The successful candidate will apply mathematical concepts in a variety of situations; be able to demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting skills; demonstrate strong aptitude for understanding production processes, have good communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a team oriented environment.
