WOW! is looking for a Customer Relation Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who provides a REAL experience for our customers... that is, reliable, easy, and absolutely loved! This position is responsible for payment and equipment processing and customer service support for installation, service, sales and billing inquiries to customers at the regional walk-in support centers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Greets customers and handles general billing and service inquiries
Stays current with all changes in CSR processing tasks and pricing changes
Communicates service offerings to customers and processes new installation orders, upgrades and change of service work orders into the company's billing system.
Receives and processes payments and equipment from customers
Provides general service support and basic troubleshooting activities and schedules service calls in compliance with company policies.
Receives and processes field collections from contractors
Makes appropriate payment/equipment adjustments to billing database
Balances daily receipts and cash drawer
Performs other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
One year customer service experience preferred
Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
Must have excellent customer service skills
Requires working knowledge of MS Excel, email and Internet; basic knowledge of CSG or similar billing system preferred.
