Marketing Associate

We are seeking an articulate and driven individual with excellent written, verbal, technical and time-management skills. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing with responsibilities that include research, copy editing, minor design work and procuring printed material and promotional items. The Marketing Associate may also be asked to work with internal teams to update social media accounts and help with event planning. In addition, they must be able to multi-task in a heavy volume, high-paced environment, and work well as a self-starter and team player.

This role requires working remotely from home, with opportunity to travel to New York City monthly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing to execute marketing goals and objectives

  • Update product content on a quarterly/annual basis for both printed and digital assets

  • Assist with new product launches by gathering deal information from internal stakeholders and ensuring accuracy

  • Help launch new website by gathering data and editing/drafting content

  • Help coordinate, create and distribute new educational content to support our business lines

  • Coordinate tasks connected to events including email invitations, presentations, agendas, signage, collateral, and other meeting items as needed

  • Coordinate regular and timely digital campaigns to promote our business line


  • Must be thorough and have strong editing skills.

  • Bachelor's degree desired

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations in a professional services industry. Real estate and/or financial services a plus

  • Project Management.

  • Adobe InDesign/Photoshop

  • Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel

  • Digital marketing experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience a plus)

  • Must be able to move quickly and juggle multiple priorities
