Job Description:

Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining customer and inventory data that are specific to our internal and external customers\u2019 expectations. Responsibilities
Customer Master


  • Work with Sales and the Customer Service team in setting up new accounts per company guidelines by ensuring that all documents are completed accordingly

  • Confirm that additional customer related data, such as Dropship Fees, Free Freight, etc., are set up per customer specs


  • Stay current in Customer Master inbox with 24 hour response time

    Inventory Levels

    • Maintain real time inventory levels to ensure accurate inventory level on the 846 table


    • Research all 0 inventory feeds to confirm future availability or status


      • Manage all inventory correspondence, including set up, maintenance, and removal, for Cross Reference items as communicated from Sales and the Customer Service team

        Portal Management



        • Manage portals for drop ship accounts (.com\u2019s) by updating expected inventory receipt dates
          or removing discontinued items

          Reporting


          • Analyze reports, such as account specific Scorecards, to identify whether area of opportunity is inventory-related

          • Conduct audits for specified accounts to ensure customer\u2019s inventory list is current and accurate Other



            • Back up the Pricing Master Coordinator when needed


            • Provide guidance and training to Customer Service Representatives on inventory related concerns or questions to promote self sufficiency Qualifications

              • High school diploma. Associates or Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred

              • SAP preferred, but not required


              • Intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft applications

                • Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workloads that will change rapidly throughout the workday


                • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

                  • Must be a self-starter who is detail oriented, organized, focused, can multi-task and can work well with a team
