This role will be integral part in the Seniors Operating Expense Planning team and be responsible for both strategic & tactical deliverables such as quantifying cost savings initiatives, executive roll-forwards, standardized reporting and procurement processes, and other financial and general ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities will include:
Working with market presidents, BFOs, and department leads to develop, analyze, monitor, and manage actual versus projected activity at a department level for assigned markets.
Proforma and roll-forward financial modeling for various initiatives, contracting opportunities, product development, market expansions, etc.
With direction, leads strategic changes through all aspects of operating expense planning processes (standardized reporting, timelines, process flows, etc.)
Build relationships to enhance close collaboration with partners across functions, becoming the 'Partner of Choice' in developing, implementing , and tracking outcomes related to changes in financial and operational strategy
Analyzes financial data and extracts and defines relevant information for executive level review
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Primary point of contact for the market operating expense planning processes
Executive presence and professionalism is a must

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of financial reporting, forecasting and analysis experience
Exceptional ability to work productively in a matrix management environment across geography, departments and position level.
