They work together with the other members of the management team to assist in training and certifying all new team members. What You'll Do as a Lead Cashier
Engage with the store team and customers to provide excellent customer service
Assist with the supervision and training of employees
Provides professional leadership and experienced guidance to others
Ensures merchandise is available, stocked, and merchandised correctly displaying accurate prices and promotions.
Step in when needed to perform all the duties of a cashier
Complete general reporting and bookkeeping tasks as required
Ensures proper and accurate receiving of merchandise including fuel by following all procedures and policies
As needed, prepare food items and stock food display including self-serve offerings including the fountain machine, condiment counter and coffee dispensers.
