Job Description:


Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Fort Mill, SC location. The Human Resources Coordinator provides overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Assist the Human Resources/ Recruiting with administrative support
  • Applicant Flow Administration
  • Maintain database of Applicant Flow Log and create monthly audits to ensure quality of data
  • Perform reference checks including verification of degrees and previous employment
  • Maintain various HR databases and other computerized files
  • Attend Career Fairs
  • Schedule & Coordinate interviews
  • Preparation & Coordination of New Employee Orientation & other HR Meetings

Qualified candidates will have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • At least 1 year previous Human Resources or related experience
  • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills

  • Experience with Taleo or Success Factors applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • General knowledge of Human Resources and Recruiting responsibilities and functions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Previous experience with Integrated Software
