  • Utilize coding background and knowledge to enhance client experience

  • Collaborate with other coding professionals to update and enhance the industry leading CodeFinder Pathway

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

·       Minimum five (5) years of hospital inpatient coding experience

·       CPT experience

·       ICD-10 experience or training preferred

·       Problem solving, analytical and communication skills

Location: Murray, UT or Remote

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

  • Current certification: RHIT and/or RHIA registration certification

  • Current Coding Certification:  Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) , Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or a combination
