UST Global is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Microsoft Technologies System Analyst with experience leading enterprise projects around Business and IT operations. The ideal candidate should be an expert in managing projects in the Microsoft technology stack. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer data platforms. A good understanding of enterprise data architecture and systems is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists is key to be successful in this role.
As a System Analyst at UST Global, this is your opportunity to
- Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical solutions applications
o Exercise you strong decision making skills in terms of deriving new features and applications using Microsoft core framework of technologies.
- Create technical solution, artifact, work products and presentation of solution with the customer.
- Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
- Working as a member of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new features

o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master s degree in a related field is an added plus
o 6 years of professional experience in an enterprise in a technical environment.
o Experience in working in agile methodology.
o Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
o Understands the services to be provided, the project goals and objectives, constraints, terms and conditions, and what is in scope and out of scope to be delivered.
o Able to facilitate gathering requirements and define baseline requirements.
o Able to create tasks and sequence given the scope description of services at sufficient enough detail, gain acceptance, create the schedule baseline, and the process for schedule change control.
o Able to assess risk and develop risk response plans.
o Able to execute the quality plan, perform inspections, reviews, and walkthroughs to ensure quality efforts meet compliance.
o Able to prepare and gain approvals to change requests, re baseline when applicable and report status.
o Able to record the learnings and experience through appropriate review meetings with stakeholders.
o Prioritize and drive customer value, be customer obsessed and constantly look for opportunities.
o Focus on driving for results and persevere despite difficulties or setbacks.
For this role, we value
o At least 5 years of software developer experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
o Experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack
o Familiar and comfortable working with RESTful architectures and developing with SOAP and REST web services.
o Ability to write writing automated unit integration tests for unit tested and maintainable code.
o Strong OO skills and applied knowledge of software design patterns
o Work with the team to design and develop new features and applications using our core framework of technologies.
o Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
o Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
o Excellent process analysis, troubleshooting and data analysis skills for customized requirements gathering.
o Experience with agile development using Scrum methodologies.
o Experience with branching and merging strategies using source control products such as TFS Git and continuous integration deployment environments.
o Bachelor s degree or equivalent degree required from an accredited institution.
