Job Description:

First Pacific Corporation is seeking a Client Manger 1 to join our team.

As the Client Manger you will be responsible for developing a dynamic relationship with and provide support to our established dental clients.  

What your impact will be:

  • Answering inbound calls from all FPC clients

  • Providing software training for clients and their staff

  • Acting as a liaison between the client and other FPC departments to coordinate resources and solutions to resolve client issues.

  • Working quickly and creatively to meet client needs.

  • Communicating with clients in a positive manner.

  • Effectively manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls from all clients, while also making proactive outbound calls to assigned clients

What we are looking for:

  • At least two years of prior dental office experience

  • Experience with either Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft dental software programs

  • Experience with various software systems (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Practice Management Software, Reporting tools)

  • Regular and prompt attendance

  • Demonstrates ability to remain calm and patient under pressure

  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic

  • Is a creative and tenacious problem solver

  • Has a proven ability to effectively train others

  • Has a basic understanding of computer hardware (i.e. computers, mice, keyboards, printers, etc.)

  • Must have strong time management skills

  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change

  • Must maintain a cohesive team working environment
