Provides ongoing support for sales channel(s) Key
Roles and Responsibilities: Supports various functional operations within a
sales channel and maintains operational processes in support of the channel. Activities
may include billing support, maintenance of central repository listings,
distributing and archiving contractual documents. Interacts with sales
management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participate
on projects on an as needed basis. May be assigned to moderately complex
analytical projects. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine
issues. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Supervisory: No.
Education: Typically High School Diploma or
Equivalent. Experience: 2 years sales support experience preferred.
