NDA Contracts Associate to Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements

LOCATION: Atlanta

The NDA Contracts Associate is a position for a professional with experience writing and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for the buy side of an acquisition.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:


  • Develop and negotiate buy side Non-Disclosure Agreement documents using a playbook

  • Communicate deficiencies and escalate as appropriate in accordance with the established process

  • Participate in consultation with the team to discuss project specifications, workflow and any issues that may arise

  • Prioritize workflows to meet deadlines and provide timely updates to the team

  • Manage work product efficiently to meet required deadlines

  • Develop and maintain reporting to the client and Epiq

Required qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of experience drafting and negotiating buy side NDAs preferred

  • Strong written and oral communications skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team player

  • Ability to create necessary documentation on complex processes to ensure repeatability

  • Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem solving

  • Advanced text editing and technical skills
