Schneider Digital is a global IT organization within Schneider Electric. The application of Organizational Change Management reports to Cultural Transformation Leader for the Titan Transformation, which is a SAFe Agile program to execute deliverables in accordance with change management plans, to ready the business and digital for system implementation and adoption. The primary function of this role is to create and implement cultural change within the organization

Areas of Responsibility

Schneider Electric is seeking an Organizational Change Management Practitioner to create, implement, and oversee Organizational Change Management deliverables to include: Heat Maps, Stakeholder Engagement presentations, manage social media (Yammer), stakeholder engagement, Dashboards, All Hands Meetings to be used internal or external for the transformation team. Candidate will have a proven history of work experience in verbal and written communications, presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Candidate will also provide history of change impact, key role map, experience in large scale ERP /SAP change projects is desired. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization and project teams.


  • Maintain Change Management Strategy depending on the stage of the transformation and needs of the team to include Change impact analysis, heat maps, stakeholder engagement dashboard, interact on a regular and planned manner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Leadership, and stakeholders.

  • Assist in reporting progress and key performance indicators

  • Develop and maintain organizational change management plan and activities in JiraAlign

  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online material, email, newsletter, web site management (Yammer) and content development, articles, white papers, videos, will aid in the preparation of presentations geared toward SE Associates.

  • Ensure communications within the project is consistent and respects the standards and quality rules. Measure effectiveness and identify improvement.

Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practical Organizational Change Management experience in large agile projects. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization from executive leadership to our end users. Ideal candidate will have specific examples of their success in stakeholder engagement, change strategy, and communications. In addition, the candidate should:


  • Have leadership skills and the ability to work in groups or independently

  • Interact and collaborate with all work-streams in the project and with the sites / functions where we are deploying

  • Present practical solutions and lead efforts completion to project team and key stakeholders

  • Maintain international, multi-cultural, internal and external relationships.
