Elanco is looking for a Senior Associate-Global Mobility to assist with acquisition and separation activities (e.g., Project Bison and Project Stallion) in the global mobility space. The Senior Associate-Global Mobility is responsible for Elanco’s International Mobility Programs including fiduciary and strategic business ownership impacting employees and their families each year. In this role, we are looking for a company-wide resource for immigration, international mobility and taxation.
Oversee day-to-day operations of International Mobility programs administered by outsourced provider; ensure compliance with service level agreements; ensure delivery of services is efficient and transparent resulting in high satisfaction with assignees; research and resolve complex issues and ensure root cause is determined with appropriate action plans put in place.
Assist in development of Elanco’s business traveler tracking program for tax and immigration impacts.
Administer day-to-day activities with immigration and visa partner, track and collect updated immigration documents from attorney and foreign nationals.
Assist with administering long-term international assignee compensation, payroll and taxation processes. Additionally, ensure monthly payroll reconciliation is completed for home and host countries for long-term assignee population.
Respond to inquiries from international assignees, global affiliates and/or vendor; review and approve all ISE pay packages created by vendor prior to distribution to global affiliates and international assignees
Ensure our programs are inclusive of a diverse workforce.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Knowledge of Global Mobility Programs
Experience delivering services internationally
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (e.g., coach and influence) with all employees, including executive and senior leaders
Strong people interaction skills
Demonstrated ability to work across various cultures
Prior experience working in Human Resources
Previous vendor management experience
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve problems
Capable of dealing with ambiguity
Strong technical aptitude for design and delivery of metrics
Ability to work outside normal business hours to support global customers
This is a fixed duration position for a period of six months and has the potential to extend up to two years,.
