Equinix Worldwide Sales Strategy and Transformation Programs Team is looking to hire a dynamic Program Manager to lead Sales transformation programs. The team is responsible for implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase sales efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for a Process Improvement Program Manager with experience working in the data center, commercial real estate or commercial construction industries.
The Process Improvement Program Manager plays an important role in identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities, prescribing strategies, and guiding the improvement effort. You will be responsible for leading and driving process improvements (short-term wins) as well as process design/ redesign (long-term wins) efforts. The initial program will be leading a worldwide cross functional team to enhance our go-to-market processes for xScale an exciting new division focused on our largest cloud hyperscale customers. Your role will include working closely with our Global Account teams, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Commercial Operations to re-engineer our processes to better support these Hyperscale/Cloud customers.
