Safely perform Mold Set-ups and start-ups in a timely manner.
Inspect work center for hazards and correct or notify if safety hazards are found.
Filling out Process records
Day to day processing adjustments with limited supervision
Cycle time verification and cycle time improvement techniques
Ability to read a part drawing and measure using calipers, micrometers or other basic measuring instruments.
Participate in on the job technical training

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years injection molding set up experience
Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement; Lean Manufacturing; 5S Methodology
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
