Support and manage specific relationships and transactions within the Sales Support segment.
Manage the full transaction lifecycle and serve as the primary relationship manager for our partners as well as internal groups (i.e. Sales, Credit, Legal, Tax, Asset Evaluations, Ops, and Accounting)
Communicate with the partners, utilize critical thinking skills, and resolve partner servicing issues at all stages
Verifying key customer and transactional data is complete and accurate
Obtain final approval for Booking & Funding prior to payments being released
Ensure all Booking SLA's are met
Responsible for all vendor partner servicing/invoicing questions throughout the life cycle of the transaction
3-5 years leasing experience preferred
College Degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Infolease and CCEX
Dedicated, proactive, critical thinker and problem solver (identify actions and address problems)
Efficient; strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and work effectively
Ability to quickly evaluate a situation to find the best solution for client and CIT; shows initiative
Ability to perform lease/finance calculations needed to structure transactions appropriately
Strong relationship management skills and customer-centric mindset required
