  • Support and manage specific relationships and transactions within the Sales Support segment.
  • Manage the full transaction lifecycle and serve as the primary relationship manager for our partners as well as internal groups (i.e. Sales, Credit, Legal, Tax, Asset Evaluations, Ops, and Accounting)
  • Communicate with the partners, utilize critical thinking skills, and resolve partner servicing issues at all stages
  • Verifying key customer and transactional data is complete and accurate
  • Obtain final approval for Booking & Funding prior to payments being released
  • Ensure all Booking SLA's are met
  • Responsible for all vendor partner servicing/invoicing questions throughout the life cycle of the transaction


  • 3-5 years leasing experience preferred
  • College Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Infolease and CCEX
  • Dedicated, proactive, critical thinker and problem solver (identify actions and address problems)
  • Efficient; strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize and work effectively
  • Ability to quickly evaluate a situation to find the best solution for client and CIT; shows initiative
  • Ability to perform lease/finance calculations needed to structure transactions appropriately
  • Strong relationship management skills and customer-centric mindset required
