Job Description:


PAPÉ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION – GRESHAM, OR

TURF TERRITORY MANAGER:  Primarily responsible for the sale of John Deere equipment as an inside salesperson.  Must also represent the full enterprise to the customer base. Position will primarily serve the turf and utility tractor markets, but may include occasional Ag equipment. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Meeting and exceeding market share and financial goals.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with retail and commercial customer base.

  • Ability to represent a wide variety of products.

  • Demonstrate equipment on a regular basis.

  • Other job duties as defined.

Successful candidate should have:


  • Proven sales experience in equipment, automotive, or similar products.

  • Good understanding of finance and incentive programs.

  • Excellent customer relation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
