If you're interested in a career with Century Communities, we'd love to hear from you!Position duties:* Input new listings - compare pricing in POD before entering* update listing status, pricing, and promotions, etc.* Run daily/weekly/monthly reporting of MLS inventory and active reports* Monitor MLS feeds to other websites including Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc. This includes searching for every new listing on realtor.com maps, checking all listings are showing under new construction filters, google addresses and check accuracy on sites pushed by list hub* Check MLS feeds to the Century Complete website making sure all listings are showing correctly in community pages.* Audit listings on a regular basis: studio phone numbers in every field available, correct remarks, pictures in order, etc.* Compare listings to information in the POD making sure everything matches.* Provide CMA reports to sales managers as needed* Check the POD for new homes that are in MLS that need to be added to Craigslist* Add and maintain homes in Craigslist* Help to find new ways we can market our homes on Craigslist* Maintain the leads that we get from Craigslist and communicate those to the studios* Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team* Proactively identify potential issues before they happen and resolve them before they become real issues.Education and Experience:* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple tasks* Work with a strong sense of urgency* Microsoft Word & Excel* Strong work ethic and sense of accountability* Demonstrated leadership capabilities* Previous experience working in the MLS system preferred
