The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Analyst will be responsible for the regular analysis of ecommerce performance & user experience, digital marketing campaigns, as well as the evaluation of primary and secondary data sources to identify opportunities for targeting and personalization. This role will report to the VP of Ecommerce and will work collaboratively with all team members to drive insights for core business metrics, including marketing campaign effectiveness, conversion, acquisition & retention. This position requires a high level of analytical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects at once while meeting deadlines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Conduct & support recurring reporting to track, monitor & analyze KPIs across ecommerce (direct to consumer) and digital marketing channels (email, affiliate, SEO, Paid Media, Social & PR)* Empower the team with accessible data and an analytical framework that drives action* Act as the owner and trainer for all analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, Looker and GA* Support the development and implementation of data capture by understanding the business objectives, the technical implications and the associated KPIs* Partner with team to build segmentation and testing strategies & execution; establish analysis framework, collaborate on prioritization, testing iterations, segmentation activation* Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team solve complex problems and maintain data integrity across systems* Lead monthly and quarterly business analysis; work with team to build comprehensive analysis and deliver understanding of actions, campaigns & factors that drove results* Support sales forecasting process and adoption of company-wide forecasting tool* Work closely with Communications & SEO leads to share data-driven analysis around content performance to support content marketing strategy and SEO efforts* Assist with the implementation of new tools and technology to provide digital marketing and ecommerce analytics services and support CW's data transparency initiative* Assist with the evaluation of a broad range of existing customer data and secondary data sources to identify and implement opportunities for targeting and personalization of marketing campaigns* Assist digital marketing channel owners to assess partners' performance as it relates to core business KPIs* Help conduct customer surveys and competitor research to understand customer needs and areas of opportunities* Provide support for ad-hoc data & research requests, as needed* Perform other related duties as required or assignedEducation and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Psychology* 2 - 3 years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or related analytics and reporting* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)* Proficient understanding of ecommerce/direct to consumer and digital marketing measurement;
