The Ad Sales and Sponsorship team is a revenue-driving partnerships group within FanDuel. This role will own key revenue driving initiatives; from pre-sales ideation to post-sales execution; and everything in between including creative design, development of new ad products, testing and implementation.You'll have the opportunity to develop a strong B2B marketing and sales skillset, owning campaign development and execution while supporting the team in the sales marketplace.THE GAME PLANEveryone on our team has a part to play* Drive revenue for FanDuel through creative campaign development and detailed execution across all major departments within the company* Support new and existing business through multi-platform media and sponsorship sales* Provide background and research to support team when targeting new clients and categories* Manage and develop relationships with partners through day-to-day interactions* Assist in creating compelling sales presentations for advertising agencies and clients to secure business* Build and deliver effective media packages for prospective and current clients - requires understanding clients' needs/specifications to create customized packages* Track and optimize campaigns for performance and profitability* Ideate to create new ideas, features, and packages to bring to market* Demonstrate an understanding of, and remain current with, digital sports media landscape including fantasy sportsTHE STATSWhat we're looking for in our next teammate* 1-2 years of digital ad sales or ad operations experience* Understanding of digital media and the ability to balance big picture thinking with detailed analysis* Proven success driving execution cross-functionally across an organization* Excellent written and oral communication* Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly complex projects* Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, and demanding environment* High-energy and positive outlook; especially when dealing with outside partnersTHE CONTRACTWe treat our team rightCompetitive compensation is just the beginning.
