Job Description:

Position Summary: * Support the global engineering systems strategy by identifying and driving improvement opportunities in the efficient use of the Enovia 3D experience platform and related design tools. * Be a liaison between Business and IT with regards to analyzing and prioritizing business needs. Skills and Experience: * University degree in Engineering or related technical field * 10 years of work experience with Engineering systems including PLM/PDM * Specific experience with the Enovia 3D Experience platform, SolidWorks & AutoCAD. * Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point & SharePoint Competencies and behaviors: * Experience using and implementing Enovia 3D Experience. * Experience with identification and documentation of best practices business procedures workflows regarding interaction between PDM/PLM and other Engineering tools. * Experience with integration of PDM/PLM data with downstream systems like ERP. * Strong written and oral communication in English. This competency should be at a level that facilitates effective communication in different situations and through all levels of the organization. * Continuous improvement mindset to drive simplicity and efficiency * Attention to detail must come naturally * Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to coordinate with parties in other countries and time zones. Job Requirements: * Be the Enovia 3D Experience expert for the Mining Industry Engineering group. * Perform regular interaction with Enovia super user community to identify areas of improvement and best practices alignment. * Represent the Mining Industry on the Key User community with regards to the following: * Review and prioritization of change requests to Engineering Systems * Creation and modification to global Engineering practices and procedures * Support upgrade and architecture changes with regards to scope definition, solution review, testing & training. * Support business for additional implementations. * Provide support in conjunction the Super User community for issues regarding Enovia Key Accountabilities: * Regarding Enovia 3D experience and related design tools: * Drive pragmatic solutions to complex technical problems that meet the specified business needs. * Adjusts existing or develops new procedures or processes that fulfil current needs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Actively interacts with stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure their support in the project * Drives the solution development and implementation through completion * Coaches, delegates and trains less experienced team members * Works under limited supervision for non-routine situations with limited complexity * Review the work of other team members or individual contributors * Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and best practice deployment
