Provide 1st level technical support by telephone and e-mail for equipment provided to participants in client projects
Customer service focus is an absolute MUST
- Using provided tools, monitor equipment to identify issues with fielded equipment
- Reach out to panelists with equipment having connection issues via e-mail and telephone to troubleshoot
- Document troubleshooting actions and communication attempts
- Assist with configuring hardware components
- Be able to communicate well, both in writing and on the phone
- Working knowledge of routers and basic computer equipment
- Be able to be flexible and think outside the box
- Associates Degree and 1+ year's experience.
