UST Global is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative professional based out of Boulder/RTP in the role of Project Manager for Infrastructure projects.
The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in facilitating issue resolution as required in the course of the project. Demonstrate good risk identification and stakeholder management skills. He should demonstrate ability to follow defined project management processes and policies.
The End User Support unit runs projects aimed at improving the end user support and experience. The proposed PM is responsible to understand the overall objectives of the Unit and facilitate smooth execution of the projects by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders across the Organization. The role is expected to identify and raise risks at the right time; follow the defined escalation procedures and ensure the required outcome timely.
Specific Skills & Experience
10+ yrs experience in industry of which 8+ years is with Infrastructure projects
5+ yrs in PM role
Experience in different roles in Infrastructure projects PM and otherwise
Good stakeholder management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
