Manager, Government Contract Pricing
  • Performs pricing and contract finance functions and leads the Contracts Business Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties:
  • Lead team for Finance & Business Office (FB&O)
  • Participate in the management, planning, development, and implementation of Price to Win (PTW) and Competitive Intelligence (CI) activities in the pursuit process for new business and task order proposals.
  • Perform Price-to-Win analyses using both top-down and bottoms-up PTW methods to perform pricing and labor rate analyses on competitive procurements
  • Develop Competitor win strategies, solution development, and predicted bid behavior Provides creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current developments in pricing
  • Understand and utilize CI information effectively including relative strengths and weaknesses, key programs, contracts, organizational structure, teaming approach, market data, personal research, and historical pricing information to develop PTW
  • Assist Capture team in developing and implementing pricing strategies to effectively compete Perform Assessment of Governments most likely Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) and budget
  • Monthly revenue recognition
  • Prepare and maintain program planning forecasts
  • Support Program Managers and Project Managers
  • Be able to brief and recommend a compelling final PTW position across all levels of management

Other Duties:
  • Ad Hoc Internal and External reporting requests
  • May have to travel between North Palm Beach and Fredericksburg, VA

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:
  • Required:
    • Possesses exemplary reporting and analytical skills
    • Winning record of Pricing Veterans Affairs Proposals
    • Government Contract Management Experience
    • Experience in gathering and utilizing competitive intelligence effectively
    • Experience in creating cost and pricing models to support PTW analysis
    • Demonstrated experience to develop a pricing strategy based on knowledge of competitor behaviors and strategies
    • Knowledge of standard RFP contract structure and contract types and Federal Acquisition Processes
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel experience
  • Desired:

    • Healthcare Experience
    • Deltek experience

Education:
  • Required:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Desired:
    • MBA
