Business Unit: Job Summary:Comcast Effectv is seeking an experienced Director, Measurement Solutions to work with internal & external stakeholders to advise clients and the industry on measurement strategy and work with them on an ongoing basis to adopt high quality measurement as a way to improve business performance. This person will drive industry adoption of Comcast Effectv's preferred measurement methods and products and design and execute research for individual clients. Driving good measurement will require designing experiments, implementing measurement technology (lift, brand effect, attribution work,) and researching and developing methods to improve the effectiveness of advertising across digital and traditional TV platforms. Conclusions from this work will showcase what good measurement is and how a client can act upon it in order to drive business impact. Preference for candidates in the NYC metro area but the team will consider remote talent as well. Core Responsibilities:- Develop cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches and learning agendas across Comcast product suite.- Design and execute experiments to expand foundations for measuring impact across key advertising categories- Find new opportunities across clients, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.- Navigate and manage a complex set of client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, brands and agencies to drive our measurement adoption objectives.- Influence industry verticals under their purview to measure true business value by building and operationalizing a learning agenda that highlights how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques.- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to test and roll out new capabilities and solutions.- Advise internal/external partners on in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital + linear platforms and across media.- Manage and develop a team of analysts including performance reviews and coaching and career development.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
