Job Description:

The Diversity and Inclusion(D&I) Manager will with work with the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) to manage the D&I programming for the Americas relative to the D&I strategy (https://www.factset.com/company/diversity-and-inclusion). This role will focus on using diversity and inclusions tactics to foster an inclusive environment and FactSet and to meet FactSet's D&I commitments.Work with Chief Diversity Officer to design, implement and manage strategic D&I related programs and initiatives in the AmericasProvide guidance and consultation to HR partners, business leaders, managers, and employees in the AmericasWrite, edit and use different forms of communication to keep all our employees informed.Integrate diversity and inclusion across all business and HR functions, collaborating closely with business and HR partners, including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, etc.Provide regional oversight and support for Business Resource Groups and related programming and events and advise on programming to ensure impact Lead and manage multiple diversity & inclusion projects and/ or programs, from initiation through to execution, working collaboratively with cross functional partners and stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for retention and advancement of diverse talentWork closely with Talent Acquisition team to increase diversity partnerships and diverse hiresWork closely with the Learning and development team of D&I training and learning programs.Provide insight of regulatory and policy developments affecting areas of responsibilityProvide thought leadership, best practices, and innovative ideas to address the unique challenges in the regionConduct on-going research on demographic trends and best practices, identifying and recommending strategies for enhancing diversity and inclusion effortsIn partnership with the CDO Build relationships with senior leaders and ensure active engagement, support of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and integration into business, employment and talent practicesIdentify, leverage and promote external diversity partnerships to support D&I goalsAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data trends to evolve D&I programsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors' degree, MBA preferred10+ years' experience with 5+ years in Diversity and InclusionBusiness experience of driving change management in Diversity & Inclusion strategiesDiversity & Inclusion subject matter expert with experience of building successful relationships, in advising and influencing business leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersProgram and project management experience, from initiation through to execution, across functions and regionExperience building and facilitating interactive learning sessionsExperience developing key success measures that drive impactExperience with diversity content development and facilitationExperience with strategic operations of scaling data-driven diversity and inclusion strategies and programsExperience with research and data analysisFactSet is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender IdentityVEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran & Disabled Referrals for all of our locations within the stateThe EEO is the Law poster is available here.FactSet Research Systems Inc. endeavors to make our website accessible to any and all users.
