The Overall Purpose of The Media Production Manager is to:

  • Research, prepare and produce audio visual media (graphics, video, animation, or VR/AR components), for both internal and external audiences.
  • Consult with clients to assess appropriate medium and create media product concepts
  • Plan production and produce video (scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, shot selection, video shooting, music and sound effect selection, digital effect creation, final editing and distribution)
  • Conceive, produce and manage the creation of graphic designs, 3D models, web designs, live video broadcasts, videotapes, audio broadcasts, web broadcasts, and other visual communication.
    Produce 360, AR, and VR training solutions

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in appropriate field. Must have experience designing media solutions in a professional business environment that are moderate to complex in scope.

Skill Requirements:

•Advanced knowledge of media and graphic design principles

•Can independently manage multiple media projects

•Expert Videographer

•Expert in creation of animated graphics skills

•Expert in 2D and 3D motion graphic video skills

•Excellent communications and collaboration skills

•Expert in Adobe Premiere & After Effects

•Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D

•Experience with Liquid Cinema and/or Unity a plus

•Familiarity with live motion capture and animation preferred

•Problem solving skills

•Presentation skills

•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
