We are looking for Lead Shop Mechanic position in our organization responsible for repairing equipment in the shop. It will be your Mission to support Atlas Copco Rental's growth strategy as the leader in Oil free air, Nitrogen, and steam rental business in North America.
In the position as Lead Shop Mechanic you will be part of Atlas Copco Rental's Service Center team and report directly to the Service Center Manager with the following Mission points:
* Maintaining the fleet in the shop.
* Repairing down equipment in the shop.
* Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

* Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines.
* Improving measurable success to business targets.

The successful candidate should have two to three years experience as an industrial related field or shop mechanic.

Educational requirements

The ideal candidate should have an appropriate Electromechanical degree or training. The candidate shall have a good command in English and a second language knowledge is a plus (preferred Spanish).

Personality requirements

Great communication skills, high energy levels, and a strong result oriented work ethic is requested. .
