The Registered Respiratory Therapist:

*Under the direction of the Medical staff and within the objectives and policies of the hospital, independently perform cardiopulmonary assessment and care for patients.
*Respiratory Therapists are responsible for point of care testing as designated by the Medical Director including specimen collection, testing patient samples at the bedside or near-patient and for performing quality control, proficiency testing and maintenance of the point of care devices.

Work Schedule: 3, 12 hour shifts & Every other weekend requirement...7p-7:30a


Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Respiratory Therapist Program


* Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care

* Current Maryland License to practice Respiratory Care

* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Card (CPR)


* Clinical rotations/experience in a hospital environment
