WHAT YOU LL BE DOING

We are looking for a Manager, Global Sales Programs Analytics who is a self-starter, comfortable with working closely with the Head of Global Sales Programs on all aspects of the business. This new team s charter will focus on: (1) driving global programs to increase: (a) Tableau stand-alone ACV; and (b) Salesforce synergy results; and (2) creating a global Center of Excellence (COE) for how Tableau creates and launches sales programs.

The successful candidate will facilitate repeatable growth initiatives across Global Sales Programs team to ensure that all launched programs are repeatable, scalable, and trackable. You will collaborate with Sales Leaders, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science Teams, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to build out, at a detailed level, all aspects of the associated sales program analytical models, including synergy inputs and assumptions.

Org62 Tools & Einstein Analytics Dashboards (Creation, Maintenance)
*

Ad Hoc Data asks from Tableau leaders on Salesforce data sets (e.g., amount of participation by Core Sales Leaders)
*

Engage directly with stakeholders across the business to assemble direct inputs for synergy modeling efforts
*

Support the operationalization of sales programs, including tracking and reporting in various tools, incl. Salesforce.com, Einstein Analytics, and Tableau ensuring tie-in with best practices from the central Tableau and Salesforce Strategy & Analytics teams
*

Determine best metrics to quantitatively assess overall progress and impact, as well as early warning guidance/triggers
*

Assist in drafting updates to company senior executives
*

Ensure always-on reporting
*

Provide strategic input and can-do orientation on other, mission-critical projects

WHO YOU ARE...

*

EXPERIENCED. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations. Prior experience in Tableau, Einstein Analytics and/or Salesforce.com desired. Background in management consulting or finance strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce s internal data hierarchy and reporting best practices a plus.
*

EDUCATED. Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
*

TECHNICAL. Excellent PowerPoint skills with a deep understanding of graphs and visuals. Excellent with Excel to conduct analysis; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*

TEAM PLAYER. Able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams. Highly collaborative work style.
*

COMMUNICATOR. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities. Must be able to proactively communicate status and identify risks.

ANALYTICAL. Highly analytical and intellectually curious about data analysis, trends, and insight generation
*

PROBLEM-SOLVER. Extremely adept at integrating disparate information and understanding data trends. Must be able to proactively communicate status and identify risks. Must be comfortable with ambiguity - both in terms of data unavailability and changing requirements and priorities

RESULTS-ORIENTED. Must be results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information and with minimal supervision.
