This role will be accountable to our L&OD Snr Director and will be critical to maturing our solutions and sustaining framework. The maturing of our L&OD function is an enabler to DFS in its growth journey to become a technology leader in the fueling sector. This is a truly global role operating across our four world regions whilst being in our Austin Head Office in Texas.

The successful candidate will have global experience from the industrial technology sector. It is essential that they have experience of developing and implementing learning strategies and programs globally, being culturally sensitive and creating alignment. They should have the balance of being an innovative and creative thinker to align solutions to strategies and have strong project management skills to plan, coordinate and deliver projects and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for the role holder to develop and implement the learning strategies and programs specifically centered around;

They will be responsible for;

* Creating and executing learning strategies and programs

* Designing and developing blended learning solutions

* Partnering with the HRBP and leaders to support specific need development and solution identification.

* Applying adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development

* Evaluating individual and organizational development needs

* Creating and managing a sustaining framework and infrastructure for our learning and development framework and solutions

* Selecting and partnering with vendors and managing the relationships


To be successful they should be;

* An engaging an impactful facilitator to deliver learning.

* Comfortable with using digital tools to create flexible innovative learning programs.

* Able to design content with instructional design skills and techniques

* Able to assess the effectiveness of learning, adjust and course correct as required.

* A strong project manager to plan, coordinate and deliver projects and solutions.

* Able to select and partner vendors and manage supplier relationships

Experiences required to succeed

* 10 years experience in the L&OD space

* Bachelor s degree in Organizational Development, or related degree program

* Industrial technology companies 5+ years

* Global experience

* Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones.

* Designed and delivered global leadership development programs

* Designed and delivered global career management, maps, tools

* Designed and delivered high potential development programs

* Designed and delivered mentoring and coaching programs

* Designed and delivered performance management orientated programs

* Designed and delivered DE&I programs

Essential Requirements:

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Ability to sit for extended periods of time (long international flights).
