SUMMARY -

The Life Sciences Inside Sales Manager is responsible for working within the identified Market Segment Business Development Organization to provide leadership support in collaboration and alignment with assigned Business Unit Leader and Operations in the development of Account Plans, Proposals, Presentations and related documentation. Works as a co-equal to the Business Development Directors in researching clients, markets and competitors, and the development of win strategies and messaging. Also in collaboration with Business Unit Leader, Business Development Directors, and Operations - Americas supports marketing related activities such as tradeshows, conferences, white papers, press releases, and project-related deliverables as requested.

DUTIES -

*Actively participates in development of messaging strategies for discreet proposals, presentations and account plans
*Manages a number of submittals in parallel (with support from Inside Sales Coordinators), and ensures that documents (proposals, qualifications, white papers, etc.) and presentations meet corporate branding expectations for quality and completeness in a timely fashion
*Prepares responsibility/outline matrices and schedules for the development of proposals and presentations in collaboration with assigned Business Development Director
*Drives disciplined implementation of the Sales process across the organization, paying particular attention to discipline in the use of proven best practices throughout account development and management
*Keeps abreast of key client account developments and priorities in the organization by attending coordination meetings, management meetings, etc., and keeps the team informed as appropriate
*Works with the team to develop and maintain qualification materials; this includes project descriptions, experience matrices, resumes, bios, safety and quality statistics, resource counts, organization charts, etc.
*Encourages the capture and development of project proofs and client testimonials to be input into the appropriate identified database (i.e. Salesforce)
*Supports development of industry award submittals to further promote company achievements and gain additional industry recognition by working with Market Segment leadership and Director MARCOM - Americas
*Assists corporate communications in the creation and editing of media / press releases
*Supports Market Segment leadership with tracking sales opportunities through documenting / data entry in Salesforce
*Supports and coordinates client interviews working with business development and project team
*Maintains an organized filing system for proposals, including databases
*Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -

*Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field required
*Technical Writing Certification preferred
*Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) preferred
*5+ years of experience
