POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resource Management Center (RMC) Workforce Specialist Intern contributes to the success of MultiCare s labor resource plan by driving administrative processes while recruiting and placing clinic staff for upcoming shifts. Upon successful completion of all initial competencies, the intern may become eligible for additional responsibilities within the Resource Management Center.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Prior exposure to staffing and time analysis, attendance management and Kronos time and attendance scheduling systems preferred.
Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experience
