Senior Privacy Analyst at Iatric Systems, Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida

Job Description:

Iatric Systems is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to join our team!

As a leader for the Patient Privacy Audit service line, you will be responsible for guiding client organizations towards patient health information compliance and auditing best practices.

In addition, working closely with Sales, you will grow the Managed Services offering and be the primary resource for external discussions and demos.  

A portion of your time will also be spent on Project Management. This involves managing project scope, functional and technical project resources, and interfacing with multiple departments including Sales, IT, Development, Services, and Support in order to ensure successful and on-time delivery of the defined solution implementation.

What your impact will be:

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the and manage patient privacy engagements


• Perform audits for client sites


• Prepare monthly and annual reports for clients


• Run client meetings


• Participate in regular, internal and external project management meetings


• Handle internal and external project status reporting


• Manage to project scope on time and on budget


• Ensure good cooperation with team members and with other teams


• Being available to travel to customer sites

Implementation of projects:

• Active participant in Pre-Sales activities and in drafting Statement of Work documents


• Acts as the primary client contact representing the company during the Project


• Create and present content for client demos and webinars


• Oversee execution of concurrent projects


• Document and review functional / technical specifications and gain approval from the customer


• Maintain Project Plans and Project Budgets


• Manage Project Escalations both internally and externally


• Seek additional opportunities and managing Project Change requests to ensure Project Scope is maintained

Continuous improvement and knowledge management:

• Provides development guidance and assists in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of patient privacy and auditing services


• Create content for blogs and email blasts


• Contribute to company objectives of enhancing value brought to customers, service offerings, company expertise and delivery processes


• Identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement for managed services


• Support global knowledge program and stimulate cross team knowledge sharing


• Other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology related field from an accredited institution


• Experience with privacy auditing within healthcare


• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager


• Knowledge of project management tools and software packages.


• Enterprise technology delivery


• Solid communication skills


• Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability


• 30% travel required, once travel safety measures are lifted
