Recruitment Assistant: This position will provide support to the Recruitment and Workforce Management Team and will work primarily with position postings and applicant tracking. This position may also assist with background checks, performance management and temporary staffing.
Compensation/Benefits Assistant: This position will provide support to the Compensation Team and will work primarily in the areas of compensation and benefits. This position may also assist with position management.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:
The educational equivalent of a high school diploma
At least two years of human resources related experience
Previous experience working in recruitment, compensation, and/or benefits
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Previous experience working at an institution of higher education in human resources roleAdditional Information:
