We are pleased to offer a 6 Month Internship starting in January 2021 at BMW of North America, LLC. 

Performance Management Intern – BMW of North America

Drive the sales success of one of the world’s most exciting and iconic brands and help to redefine the automotive retail experience for customers in the US market. Join our team and influence BMW Retail Sales Operations with a focus on process improvement in our dealer network. You will gain hands on experience with Network Performance Management, CRM, Retail Digitalization, and Marketing. You will support the analysis, coordination and implementation of cross-functional and time-critical activities that will drive sales and improve the quality of the BMW business. Primarily, this includes supporting creative development and implementation of monthly working session documents for the regional field team as well as executive stakeholders. Work with a highly agile and fast-paced team to drive operational excellence in our dealer network. In this role, not only will you gain valuable hands on experience with the retail automotive industry, but you will also have a voice in defining the future of BMW sales operations.


  • Student status meeting one or more of the areas below: 

    • Enrolled in Bachelor’s Studies during Junior/Senior year (years 3 or 4)

    • Enrolled in Master’s Studies Program 

    • Graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date



  • Prior internship and/or relevant work experience 

  • Availability to work full-time for 6 months

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong interest in processes; ability to work independently and with self-discipline; strong attention to detail.

  • Highly motivated, conscientious, responsible, flexible and holistic thinking, positive and driven.

Preferences:


  • Field of study: Business Management, Sales, Economics 

  • Knowledge of the Auto Industry in the US 

  • Tableau or other BI visualization system skills
