Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes financial and non-financial information.


• Maintain monthly reporting that tracks actual vs budget & forecast


• Produces monthly variance analysis within the time schedule of the accounting month-end close process


• Develop annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts to support projected expense changes


• Present monthly presentations to leaders with department results and analysis


• Comfortable with providing financial updates to senior leadership


• Reconcile accounting entries to ensure financial reports accurately reflect monthly expenses


• Provides process improvement recommendations


• Shares insights with business leaders and finance management as appropriate to improve business operations


• Solves problems related to the regional, functional and country complexity of our business model; analyzes possible solutions using own experience and that of the group


• Discovers and highlights data discrepancies and brings to the attention of management


• Adhoc reporting as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis & executive level presentations preferred


• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work well independently and in groups


• Strong numerical, writing and analytical skills with an attention to detail


• Management of OPEX & CAPEX department budgets


• Positive attitude and drive to work hard


• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred


• Strong knowledge in Excel and Power Point


• Working knowledge of Hyperion, loading & retrieving data


• Ability to travel on occasion
